Planned and executed for Coca-Cola Co, a 5×5 teens football tournament across Greece.
Since 2013 and for 4 consecutive seasons, we planned and executed for Coca-Cola Co, a 5×5 teens football tournament across Greece, Coca-Cola Cup. We were responsible to ensure top organization quality for every tournament and to upgrade the overall image of Coca-Cola Cup. We were asked to do so, by consistently branding all tournaments according to the global visual identity standards and communicating the core creative idea. We managed to achieve new record numbers of participation, receiving a participation of about 9.000 teens and reached up to 15.500 teens, in 15 cities/tournaments across Greece.
We set up a Tournament Office responsible for the overall organization, logistics and human resources management and a Press Office which delivered extended news coverage and media value for the program and we solely managed all social media accounts of Coca-Cola Cup. In addition, we creatively adapted all key visuals in communication material and applied it in all branded material.
Finally we planned and executed the highlight event, called Coca-Cola Cup Finals, a celebratory 2 days event held each year during May in Athens, setting up football fields in unexpected locations, such as the OAKA Tennis court!
