Since 2013, we are planning and executing for Coca-Cola Co, a 5×5 football tournament across Greece, Coca-Cola Cup. We are responsible to ensure top organization quality for every tournament and to upgrade the overall image of Coca-Cola Cup. We were asked to upgrade the overall image of Coca-Cola Cup by consistently branding all tournament according to the global visual identity standards and communicating the core creative idea. Back in 2013 the participants were 11.500 in 9 Greek cities and we have managed to expand the tournament up to 15.500 and 15 cities across Greece. We set up a Tournament Office responsible for the overall organization, logistics and human resources management and a Press Office which delivered extended news coverage and media value for the program and we solely managed all social media accounts of Coca-Cola Cup.
In addition, we creatively adapt all key visuals in communication material and applied it in all branded material. We are responsible to manage the social media accounts of the tournament (Facebook & Twitter) and also to execute the Coca-Cola Cup Finals, a celebratory 2 days event held each year during May in Athens.
